What to Expect at the Worship Service

When does the service start and how long does it last?

The service begins at 10:00am and finishes at approximately 11:30am

What about the children?

On Sunday mornings children ages 4–10 are dismissed after the praise and worship portion of the service (approximately 10:30) to attend Sunday school downstairs. Parents are asked to pick up their children immediately after the service. Note that on the fourth Sunday of every month, when we observe Holy Communion, no Sunday school will be held. Parents are encouraged to keep their children seated with them on those days so they can take part in Communion as a family.

Our nursery is complete! Sunday, January 5, 2020 will be our grand opening. We look forward to assisting families during worship. Nursery ages: Infants 6 weeks old through age 3.

What is the service like?

Our worship services are friendly and informal. We appreciate all types of music that bring honor to our God. Our worship team leads with contemporary Christian music as well as with older, traditional songs. Our messages are always based on the Bible and are meant to reveal the deeper truths of God’s Word so that hearers will be equipped to stand firm in the faith and be knowledgeable and bold witnesses for Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit.

How do the people normally dress?

Most people wear dress pants or jeans. Women occasionally will wear dresses or skirts. The church is air conditioned for the summer, and some people take along a sweater.
